Per Te Ristorante E Café makes a healthy start to the new year with a host of healthy menu offerings
Per Te Ristorante E Café, Dubai, the home grown restaurant concept established in January 2015, is well known for its homemade Italian food. Adding to its diverse menu of dishes, including wood-fired pizzas, antipasti, pasta, soups, salads and desserts, the restaurant has introduced new healthy menu offerings to help guests make a nourishing start to the New Year.
Calamari Grigliati, a grilled delicacy made of fennel and cherry tomatoes, is one of the highlights of the healthy menu. While Asparagi alla griglia con salmone affumicato, a preparation of grilled asparagus rolled with smoked salmon, orange pulp and balsamic, is not very far behind.
Other highlights include Fregola con gamberi e broccoli, a delicacy made from tiger prawns along with broken wheat Sadrinian fregola and fresh broccoli, and Branzino con asparagi, a preparation of poached seabass with asparagus.
Chicken lovers can enjoy grilled chicken with green beans and pumpkin puree with the Petto di pollo alla griglia con fagiolini. While diners with a sweet tooth can indulge in the Crostata crumble di pere, which is a delicacy made from brown rice and served with pears and gluten-free chocolate sauce.
The healthy menu offerings come along with Executive Chef Gladwin Anton’s promise of authentic Italian yet guilt-free experience. These offerings will be available for a period of one month from January 15th to February 15th, at both Per Te outlets located in Jumeirah 1 and Bay Avenue, Business Bay.
