This autumn, Cipriani Yas Island gears up to set the culinary scene on fire with an entire month dedicated to the ‘diamond of the kitchen’ – the truffle. The value of a truffle is comparable to the carats of a diamond, the larger the size of a whole truffle, the higher it is in value. With an incredibly decadent truffle menu and rare deals for the season, the Italian restaurant proves that truffle month is an occasion not to be missed.
From the 15th of October until the 15th of November, the delightful aromas of white truffles from Alba will fill the air at Cipriani Yas Island as they are gloriously shaved over each delightful pasta dish. However, as no culinary experience is complete without the perfect duet, bubbles are generously offered at a 50 per cent reduced rate per glass to complete a wonderful gastronomic experience.
