2 pita breads
6 ripe bananas
1 teaspoon lime juice (optional)
A pinch of cardamom powder
3 tablespoons slivered almonds
3 tablespoons slivered pistachios
3 tablespoons raisins
4 tablespoons honey
½ cup cream, whipped


Chop the pita bread into pieces and process in a grinder to make coarse crumbs. Transfer to a bowl.Mash the bananas with a fork. Mix in the lime juice and cardamom powder and add to the pita crumbs. Mix well.

Mix together the almonds, pistachios and raisins.Spoon half the mixture into 4-6 dessert cups or glasses.Top with three fourth of the dried fruit and nut mixture.Spoon the remaining banana-bread mixture over.

Drizzle the honey and top it with whipped cream. Sprinkle the remaining dried fruit mixture over it and serve.
