Taste The New Five Course Meal At Pierchic Dubai

Pierchic Dubai is offering a new five-course seafood menu comprising of its bestselling dishes

Pierchic, a renowned seafood restaurant in Dubai, is attached to the beach of Jumeirah Al Qasr Hotel and offers an “over-the-water” experience. Famous for its exciting dining experience coupled with panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf, the restaurant was redesigned in October 2014 with two extensions; the ‘Pierchic Lounge’ and ‘Pierchic Bar’.

madinat-jumeirah-pierchic-exterior-night-02-heroThe Mediterranean-inspired seafood restaurant launched a new five-course menu, created by its Head Chef Rosalind Parsk, on 4th October 2015. Seafood lovers can start the five-course menu with a Cornish Crab Salad, made of Severn and Wye smoked salmon and Brown Crab mousse brought from Gloucestershire, followed by the second course of  Loch Fynn Diver Scallop, a grilled delicacy greased with vanilla and Bergamot butter sauce, garnished with Tapioca pearls. The Lobster Bisque prepared from Canadian lobsters, deliciously constitutes the third-course of the menu. The main course is a choice between roasted Yellow Tail, cooked with celery root and green apple, dipped in Black Truffle sauce; and the juicy Wagyu Beef Tenderloin served with a seared French Foie Gras and topped with sautéed mushrooms. Vanilla Panna Cotta, laced with marinated berries and a scoop of lip-smacking hibiscus sorbet is the grand dessert to the delectable and wholesome treat.

This tempting five-course menu, churned out by Chef Rosalind Parsk and her team, is served daily from 6.30 pm to 11.30 pm and is priced at AED 700 per person.
