At the Seven Sands newly launched Friday brunch, you will be spoilt for choice with a delectable line-up of new-age Emirati dishes. Offering an assortment of delicious and refined dishes fused with locally made spice blends, this is a mouth-watering alternative to Seven Sands BrunchDubai’s conventional brunches.

Taking place every Friday from 12 – 5pm, the buffet selection includes a wide range of dishes, with refreshing beverages, and stunning views of the seaside. Some of the highlights of the menu (which will change every week) include:

Maleh salad

Typical UAE preserved salted fish, served on a bed of fresh mango salad and topped with a tangy pomegranate dressing

Kibbeh Al Bezar

Baked kibbeh filled with minced lamb meat, pine seeds and almonds, infused with bezar spice

Thereed

Bedouin stew with potatoes, pumpkin, marrow and tomatoes, seasoned with saffron, cardamom, cinnamon and ginger, served with rigag flat bread

Slow cooked lamb

Fall off the bone lamb with okra

Our traditional Emirati ouzi with rigag bread

Aseeda Bobar

Warm sweet pumpkin puree, flavoured with cardamom and saffron

Seven Sands Date Pudding

Aromatic date cake soaked in a rich toffee sauce
