Bā Restaurant & Lounge re-launches its Saturday Yum Cha brunch with delicious Chinese bites, private cabanas and beach activities
This September, Dubai’s Far Eastern dining destination, Bā Restaurant & Lounge, offering tasty Chinese dishes, welcomes a cosmopolitan crowd to enjoy the Yum Cha Saturday Brunch experience. Kicking off with chilled out beats from DJ Ilona Maras on Saturday, 6th September, Bā hosts its weekly brunch for those who like some fun in the sun.
Situated at Fairmont The Palm, the restaurant is nestled on the pure white-sand beach overlooking the Arabian Sea and the Marina skyline. Bā Restaurant & Lounge hosts unique dining settings, including an outdoor terrace and an ultimate private cabana, for those seeking pure relaxation. Guests can unwind under the sun with pool and beach access or put their skills to the test with beach football and volleyball for a more active afternoon.
Guests can also expect a dedicated service and enjoy delectable Chinese dishes. The set brunch menu features Scallop & Shrimp Dumplings with Ginger & Lime, and White Mushroom Spring Rolls with Truffle Oil and Blue Cheese. These are best enjoyed with a chilled White Thyme Ice Tea Cocktail or Pear and Vanilla Sling Mocktail prepared by Bā’s mixologists.
After 4 pm, the post-brunch party kicks in with beats from the resident DJ Ilona Maras, a good end to a unique experience. Asian inspired tea shisha flavours are prepared exclusively for this Chinese brunch by the shisha sommelier.
Yum Cha Brunch starts at AED 288 per person with soft drinks, and AED 488 with signature house beverages, hops and grape included.

The Yum Cha Cabana Brunch is AED 688 per person and includes beach-side service, delicious set menu and signature house beverages in addition to a complimentary bottle of premium bubbly to share.
